Day-wise itinerary

1. Day 1: Mumbai to Saharanpur | Overnight Train Journey

   Board your scheduled train from Mumbai to Saharanpur and begin your spiritual journey to the sacred Himalayas.

2. Day 2: Saharanpur – Rishikesh | Gateway to the Himalayas

   Arrive at Saharanpur Railway Station and proceed towards Rishikesh by private/shared transfer. The journey takes approximately 2 hours, subject to traffic and road conditions.
   
   On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. You may spend the evening at leisure exploring the peaceful surroundings of Rishikesh.
   
   Overnight Stay: Rishikesh

3. Day 3: Rishikesh – Sonprayag | Himalayan Journey

   After an early breakfast, depart for Sonprayag, the gateway to the Kedarnath Yatra. The journey takes approximately 8–9 hours.
   
   En route, enjoy the spectacular Himalayan scenery and pass through beautiful locations including Devprayag, where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers meet, and the revered Dhari Devi Temple region.
   
   On arrival at Sonprayag, check in and relax in preparation for the Kedarnath trek.

4. Day 4: Sonprayag – Kedarnath | 16 Km Trek & Darshan

   Begin your day early and proceed to Gaurikund, the starting point of the Kedarnath trek.
   
   Embark on the approximately 16-km trek to Kedarnath Dham. Depending on availability and personal preference, pilgrims may use pony or palki services at an additional cost.
   
   Upon reaching Kedarnath, check in to your accommodation and rest.
   
   Later, visit the sacred Kedarnath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, and seek blessings. If permitted and operational, attend the evening Kedarnath Aarti.

5. Day 5: Kedarnath – Gaurikund – Sonprayag | Return Journey

   Wake up early for Kedarnath Temple Darshan, subject to temple timings and crowd conditions.
   
   After Darshan, begin your trek back towards Gaurikund. On reaching Gaurikund, transfer to Sonprayag and check in to your hotel.
   
   Spend the evening relaxing after the strenuous pilgrimage.

6. Day 6: Sonprayag – Badrinath | Sacred Himalayan Drive

   After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Badrinath, one of the most revered pilgrimage destinations in India.
   
   Enjoy the scenic journey through the Garhwal Himalayas. On arrival, check in to your hotel and, subject to time and temple timings, proceed for Badrinath Temple Darshan and Aarti.

7. Day 7: Badrinath – Rishikesh | Return to the Plains

   Begin the day with an early morning Badrinath Temple Darshan, subject to time and temple timings.
   
   After breakfast, depart for Rishikesh. Enjoy the changing landscapes as you travel from the high Himalayan region towards the foothills.
   
   On arrival, check in and relax.

8. Day 8: Rishikesh Sightseeing – Haridwar Ganga Aarti – Saharanpur

   After breakfast, explore some of the popular attractions of Rishikesh, including:

   Local ashrams and riverside ghats
   
   Optional adventure activities such as river rafting may be available at an additional cost, subject to season and local regulations.
   
   Later, proceed towards Haridwar and experience the spiritual atmosphere of the Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri.
   
   After the Aarti, continue towards Saharanpur Railway Station for your overnight train journey to Mumbai.

9. Day 9: Arrival in Mumbai | Tour Ends

   Arrive in Mumbai by train, marking the end of your spiritually enriching Kedarnath–Badrinath Yatra.

• Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Travel With MindScript shall not be liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items left in the vehicle, hotel, or any other location during the tour.
• 2. Valid Photo Identification
• All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence) during the tour. Hotels and authorities may deny accommodation or entry without valid identification, and the company will not be responsible for any inconvenience arising from the absence of valid ID proof.
• 3. Health & Medical Fitness
• Guests are expected to be medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have any medical condition, food allergies, mobility concerns, or require special assistance, kindly inform us at the time of booking so that suitable arrangements can be made wherever possible.
• 4. Hotel Facilities
• Many hotels and mountain accommodations may not have elevators (lifts). Guests with mobility concerns are requested to inform us in advance so that we can assist with suitable accommodation preferences, subject to availability.
• 5. Meals
• Where meals are included in the package, they will be served as a fixed menu or buffet, as decided by the hotel. Any additional food, beverages, room service, packed meals, or special orders will be charged directly by the hotel.
• 6. Vehicle Breakdown
• In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange an alternate vehicle at the earliest. Minor repairs may require a short waiting period, and your cooperation will be appreciated.
• 7. Itinerary Changes
• Travel With MindScript shall not be held responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, landslides, road closures, political disturbances, transport breakdowns, strikes, natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions.
• 8. Driver & Road Safety
• The safety of our guests and drivers is our highest priority. Drivers will strictly follow local traffic regulations and will not drive in restricted areas, no-entry zones, unsafe roads, or during prohibited hours in hilly regions. Guests are requested not to insist otherwise.
• 9. Vehicle Allocation
• Travel With MindScript reserves the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle if the originally allocated vehicle becomes unavailable due to operational reasons.
• 10. Local Transportation
• Certain tourist destinations, hill stations, market areas, and sightseeing locations restrict the entry of commercial or larger vehicles. In such cases, guests may be required to hire local transport (auto-rickshaw, jeep, taxi, pony, etc.) at their own expense. These charges are not included unless specifically mentioned in the package.
• 11. Parking & Walking Distance
• At several destinations, parking areas are located away from sightseeing points or temples. Guests may need to walk or arrange local transportation at their own expense.
• 12. No Refund for Unused Services
• No refund or adjustment will be provided for any unused services, missed meals, shortened stay, or sightseeing not availed by the guest during the tour.
• 13. Force Majeure
• No cancellation, refund, or compensation shall be applicable for tour interruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond the company's control, including but not limited to adverse weather, landslides, floods, earthquakes, heavy snowfall, road blockages, pandemics, government regulations, political unrest, acts of terrorism, transport cancellations, strikes, or any other force majeure event.
• 14. Liability
• Travel With MindScript acts only as a tour organizer and service coordinator. We shall not be liable for any accident, injury, illness, death, theft, loss of baggage, damage to personal property, or any other unforeseen incident occurring during the tour.
• 15. Guest Responsibility
• Guests are expected to maintain discipline, respect local customs and regulations, and cooperate with the tour leader, driver, hotel staff, and local authorities throughout the journey. Any expenses arising due to a guest's negligence or misconduct shall be borne solely by the guest.
• 16. Acceptance of Terms
• Confirmation of your booking constitutes your acceptance of all the above terms and conditions. Travel With MindScript reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice whenever required for operational or safety reasons.
