About the tour

At the heart of Kedarnath lies the revered Kedarnath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and a Char Dham pilgrimage site. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, this journey blends spiritual devotion with Himalayan landscapes and guided support from start to finish.

Day-wise itinerary

  1. Board your train from Mumbai to Saharanpur. Overnight journey.

    Meals: No meal

  2. Arrive at Saharanpur Railway Station. Transfer to Rishikesh (approx. 2-hour drive). Check-in at the hotel and freshen up. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

    Meals: Dinner

  3. Early morning breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Sonprayag (approx. 8–9 hours’ drive). En route, enjoy scenic views of Devprayag and Dhari Devi. Check-in at a hotel in Sonprayag and relax.

  4. Early morning drive to Gaurikund, the base for the trek to Kedarnath Temple. Start the 16 km trek to Kedarnath (trek, pony, or palki options available). Visit Kedarnath Temple and attend the evening aarti.

  5. Early morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple (optional). Trek down to Gaurikund and return to Sonprayag. Overnight stay in Sonprayag.

    Meals: Dinner

  6. Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Rishikesh (approx. 7–8 hours’ drive). Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

  7. Explore Lakshman Jhula, Ram Jhula, and Parmarth Niketan Ashram. Attend the grand Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Transfer to Saharanpur Railway Station for overnight train to Mumbai.

  8. Arrive in Mumbai, concluding a spiritually enriching journey.

    Meals: No meal
