Himachal Pradesh is the northernmost state of India and shares borders with the union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh to the north, and the states of Punjab to the west, Haryana to the southwest, Uttarakhand to the southeast and a very narrow border with Uttar Pradesh to the south.
After a long day of the journey, we arrive at Chandigarh, the first planned city in India was designed by renowned French architect Le Corbusier. After seeing its beauty we walk through Pinjore Gardens - a garden built in the traditional Mughal style with seven terraces descending into a distance having grand pavilions and beautiful fountains. We stay overnight in a hotel.
This morning after breakfast we proceed to Shimla, the capital city of Himachal Pradesh. En route, we drive past the Beas Sutlej Link Project, Pandoh Dam, and Scenic Kullu Valley. After leaving Mandi in Himachal Pradesh it's time for lunch stopover at a roadside restaurant for our next refreshment break. We visit Kufri – the winter sports capital of Shimla followed by Indira Bungalow and Himalayan Zoo. Later we stroll on the famous Mall Road to view Christ Church, Scandal Point, and The Ridge. Today we proceed to Manali, the summer capital of Himachal Pradesh, and a fun-filled day begins. On your tour of Manali, you will see the beautiful Beas Sutlej Link The project, Pandoh Dam, and Scenic Kullu Valley. Nautica also visits the Kullu Shawl factory. In the evening you will arrive at Manali (A gorgeous hill station located right in the heart of snowy mountains). Overnight stay in Manali
A breakfast today will take us to Rohtang Road Snow Point where we will have free time to play in the snow and click pictures to our heart’s content. After a visit Hidimba Mandir, set amidst the snow-covered hills of Manali, this Temple is a unique shrine dedicated to Hidimba Devi. Later we visit the Himalayan Nyinmapa Tibetan Buddhist Monastery – is known for its architectural beauty. We then have free time for shopping. After an overnight stay in Manali.
After breakfast Today, early morning check out of your hotel and proceed to Amritsar. Late afternoon Overnight in Amritsar
Today is the Golden Temple, Durgiana temple, and Jallianwala Bagh. After visiting these sites we will proceed to the Wagah border to experience the Indo-Pakistan parade and lowering of the flag ceremony. After this, we proceed to Amritsar airport to board a flight/ train to your hometown. On your return, you will let us know when and where you will meet us. It's time now to say goodbye.
