Destination Details

Booking & Payment

* A 25% non-refundable advance is required to confirm the booking.
* The remaining 75% balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.
* Final hotel vouchers, transport details, permits, and travel documents will be issued only after receipt of 100% payment.
* All package prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
* All bookings and rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Accommodation

* Standard hotel check-in/check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless specified otherwise by the hotel.
* Triple sharing accommodation will consist of one double bed with one extra mattress/rollaway bed.
* Hotels in remote regions such as Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, Hanle, Tso Moriri, Lamayuru, Alchi, and Kargil are basic in nature compared to city hotels. Guests are requested to travel with realistic expectations.
* Due to limited infrastructure in remote regions such as Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, and Hanle, electricity is generally available only for a limited duration (approximately from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM). Guests are advised to keep their mobile phones, cameras, power banks, and other electronic devices charged during this period.
* In case the confirmed hotel is unavailable due to operational reasons, a similar category hotel/camp will be provided.
* Room allocation is subject to hotel availability. Floor, view, or room preferences cannot be guaranteed.

Transportation

* The vehicle will operate strictly as per the confirmed itinerary on a point-to-point basis.
* Any additional sightseeing, change in route, extra usage of vehicle, or waiting charges will be chargeable.
* Maximum seating capacity shall be as per the vehicle category booked (Innova, Scorpio, Tempo Traveller, etc.).
* Vehicle air-conditioning may not operate continuously in high-altitude regions or during steep mountain climbs for safety reasons.

Ladakh Travel Conditions

* Due to the high altitude of Ladakh, all travelers are advised to acclimatize properly upon arrival in Leh before visiting higher-altitude destinations.
* The itinerary may be altered due to weather conditions, road closures, military restrictions, landslides, or instructions issued by local authorities without prior notice.
* During April and October (or whenever roads to Pangong are affected), Pangong Lake may be covered as a same-day excursion from Leh depending upon road conditions and administration guidelines.
* Travel to Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, Hanle, Tso Moriri, Umling La, and other restricted areas is subject to road conditions, permits, and government regulations.
* In case roads are closed due to snowfall, landslides, flash floods, or any natural calamity, no refund shall be applicable for the missed sightseeing.
* Any additional hotel stay, meals, transportation, or personal expenses arising due to roadblocks or natural calamities shall be borne directly by the guest.
* Inner Line Permits (ILP), Wildlife Fees, Environmental Fees, or other government charges are subject to change and shall be payable as per prevailing government regulations.

Flights & Weather

* Travel with Mindscript shall not be responsible for flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or diversions due to weather conditions, operational reasons, or airline decisions.
* Any additional accommodation, transport, meals, or incidental expenses resulting from flight disruptions shall be borne by the guest.
* Any increase in airfare, airport taxes, fuel surcharge, or government taxes after booking shall be payable by the traveler.

Meals

* Meals will be served as per the hotel's buffet or fixed menu.
* Food options in remote areas of Ladakh are limited due to geographical conditions and seasonal availability.

Child Policy

* Children below 5 years (without bed) are generally complimentary.
* Children between 5–11 years will be charged as per the applicable child policy.
* Children aged 12 years and above will be charged at adult rates.

General Terms

* No refund or compensation shall be provided for any unused services, meals, sightseeing, accommodation, or transportation.
* Any sightseeing missed due to weather, road closures, flight delays, government restrictions, health issues, or late arrivals shall not be refunded.
* Guests are responsible for carrying valid Government-issued Photo ID during the tour.
* Guests are strongly advised to consult their physician before undertaking travel to high-altitude destinations.
* Travel Insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and accidents is strongly recommended.
* Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in government taxes, fuel prices, permit charges, or supplier tariffs.
* All expenses not specifically mentioned under the "Package Inclusions" shall be treated as exclusions.

Liability

Travel with Mindscript acts only as an intermediary between travelers and hotels, airlines, transport operators, local vendors, and other service providers.

Travel with Mindscript shall not be liable for:

* Any loss, injury, illness, altitude sickness, accident, death, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
* Any delay, cancellation, or alteration of the itinerary caused by snowfall, landslides, avalanches, floods, roadblocks, military restrictions, political disturbances, strikes, or any force majeure event.
* Any act, omission, negligence, or default by hotels, airlines, transport operators, or other third-party service providers.
* Loss or damage to baggage, valuables, travel documents, or personal effects.
* Additional expenses incurred due to road closures, flight delays, natural calamities, medical emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
* Adventure activities such as rafting, camel safari, ATV rides, biking, trekking, or any optional activity undertaken by the guest, which shall be entirely at their own risk.

The maximum liability of Travel with Mindscript shall not exceed the total tour amount paid by the guest.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of this booking shall be governed by the laws of India. The Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges shall apply as per the Travel with Mindscript Cancellation Policy communicated at the time of booking. Any cancellation charges imposed by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or government authorities shall also be applicable.
